Vacation home overlooking the beautiful South West River (Built 2019). Well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths. Room for up to 6 adults and 6 children.

BONUS master bedroom. Not only one master bedroom with King bed and private ensuite bathroom, but TWO. Great for multi family vacations.

-> Off Season Sept to June - 3 night minimum
-> July/Aug 2022 - 7 night minimum, check in/out on Sundays. Please
contact with availability inquiries.

-> Breathtaking views of the South West River
-> 2 acre property for you to enjoy. Plenty of space for kids
to play, safe country setting.
-> Outdoor BBQ area, deep sink, prep counter top – Enjoy
cooking/eating your lobster, clams, mussels outside. Vacation at its best.
-> Outdoor fire pit area, we supply wood, kindling, paper and lighter
-> Two master bedrooms - each have king size bed, wall mounted TV's,
private ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and A/C units.
-> Third bedroom is on main floor - Queen size bed, common full bathroom
is beside it.
-> Fourth bedroom is the bunk room with triple bunk beds on both sides of
the room. 6 single beds.
-> Open concept kitchen, dinning and living room with wall mounted TV and
A/C unit.

Peaceful oasis

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. From the coastal decor to the incredible vistas everything set the mood for a perfect holiday retreat. Immaculately clean and everything you need from seafood utensils to blankets for around the fire. Highly recommend 🥰

Highly Recommend!!

Can't say enough about this beautiful home! It was immaculate. We very much enjoyed our stay and Glen and Sherry were amazing! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Everything in the house is extremely high end with lots of extra’s. Things like: food containers, extra sheets, blankets, towels, food prep bags, wax paper, wood & fire starter items and much more. Check in was extremely easy. Glen and Sherry have a laminated book with tons of information about the house that helped to answer any questions we had. They also responded quickly if we had any one-off questions. We had a group of 10 stay, 3 different families and we were all extremely comfortable in the space, the rooms are huge! Beautiful location as well, overlooking rolling hills and a lake. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again when we visit P.E.I in the future. Thanks Glen and Sherry.

All you could ask for for extended family wedding accommodations.

This house is spacious, clean, & well-equipped. Situated in a lovely peaceful, rural setting near Cavendish, Kensington, wedding venues & beaches. Shelly & Glen were wonderful hosts responding to all our needs. We never felt crowded & were even able to host a pot luck with more people. Great yard space for the kids outdoor games. Unfortunately rainy evenings meant we didn't use the firepit. This property worked perfectly for our family.

The Perfect Stay!

Shelly and Glen have given a lot of care and thought into this property and how it functions as a vacation rental. We have been staying in VRBOs and other rental properties for years and this piece of paradise was perfect for us in so many ways. Great location, quiet, spacious, very comfortable beds, clean, all the right amenities, beautiful view - quintessential PEI. We were staying with two other couples and we all found it to be wonderful in every way. Glen was very response, helpful, and generous. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend it to others. Thank you again!
