We are a husband/wife team with a small business called Epicurean Properties. This is our full-time business, which means we are 100% focused on taking care of our guests like you and making our apartments awesome. :)

Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor. If peace and quiet are important to you, you'll love this feature (since there are no apartments above). But there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps.

This property is located in a 100% smoke-free community (no smoking of any kind anywhere within community).

Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please.
You probably won't see us during your stay, but you are welcome to reach out to us at any time. We are always available and love taking care of our guests. :)

Epicurean rentals Columbus, OH

Owner was accessible & fair. Condo was clean with great furnishings. Have no doubt or reservations (no pun intended) should you rent from Epicurean!
