Watch the bald eagles sore up above in the morning, dig for clams for your dinner, visit a stunning beach just minutes away, golf with your friends or build a fire while watching the sun set reflect off the shining waters of New London Bay and the red sand cliffs. Stunning views of the ocean in one of PEI’s most peaceful retreats. You’re minutes away from everything you could possibly want.

Lupine Cottage is a net new build Located minutes from restaurants, golf courses, tourist attractions, beaches and shops. It features 2 main floor bedrooms. A king sized bed in the main suite. A twin over double bunk bed that can sleep 3 children comfortably. The main living space is large and open with an expanse view of the water and a large 10 person outdoor dining table. Its a hosting dream with the 9 foot long kitchen island and a wine fridge that's tucked away for all your beverages. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a queen sized pull out couch. A large tv, washer dryer and 2 bathrooms for all to use. Double doors allows you to walk out to the water and your own fire pit for smores at night.

Included in your stay are: two adult national park passes, high speed internet, fibre optic tv, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Prime TV and more. You also have 2 beach chairs and 5 camping chairs at your disposal, to take with you to the beach.
