Our unit features an expansive private terrace that spans the entire length of our unit. Our well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite boasts a hotel-quality experience with added features such as; professionally cleaned and pressed linens, chef style kitchen and superior-quality furnishings. Our boutique-style condo, The Sovereign Residence, is one of the most luxurious boutique residences in the city and offers an incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the mountains, downtown city landscape and ocean.

Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy in with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols granting guests extra peace of mind.

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.

Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. (→ Note: Trucks do not fit in the elevator parking. Most large SUVs will fit. Please send an inquiry to discuss prior to booking if uncertain.)

Perfect location, beautiful condo
It was a perfect location for our Victoria getaway. My husband and I stayed with our 16 year old son. I worked remotely while they golfed. We enjoyed dining in the area and treated ourselves to the sweet treats nearby. We could imagine ourselves retiring in a condo like this, it was very nicely decorated and had all the anentities we needed. Lots of natural light.
