This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo is perfect for any getaway. Whether you are looking to play golf at the world class Bay and Plantation Course, relaxing and romantic getaway with going to the spa at Montague or Ritz Carlton, enjoying wonderful restaurants at Sansei for Sushi, or Merriman for oceanside dining, or many adventures from Zipline, horseback riding, and hiking trails, Kapalua Golf Villa is the perfect spot for you.

The condo has master and guest bedroom which have king bed, en-suite bathroom and TV to relax after your full day of adventure. Kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make your gourmet meals. The living room sofa is a sofa bed, this condo is spacious enough for up to 6 people. The lanai has great outdoor space, overlooking the beautiful golf course, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and breakfast, sunbathing on the lounge chairs or enjoying a glass of wine to wind down or dinner under the stars.

The condo has central air conditioning to keep our guests comfortable in any time of the year and free high-speed internet. There are also beach chairs and towels to enjoy a day at the beach. The complex has 4 pools and BBQs.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Pool Policy: access to the community pool.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.? The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.?
