16 Depot Beach Road is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.

Sit on the deck watching the ocean for hours. This home makes for the perfect family beach holiday. Large living area with huge undercover verandah right on one of the South Coast's most stunning beaches. Let the sound of waves lull you to sleep at night.

Layout:
This is an original house on two levels and has amazing views over the beach. You enter from the driveway into a room with a ping pong table - perfect for the kids to burn off their energy. Upstairs there is a fully equipped huge kitchen and separate open plan lounge and dining room perfect for entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms - one with ensuite and another family bathroom.

Bedrooms: Linen is included. This includes sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).This Depot beach home will sleep up to 7 people.

Bathrooms/Laundry: There are 2 bathrooms at the property. The laundry has a front load washer and a dryer for your convenience.

Outside:
There is a large deck to enjoy a great BBQ area with a view across the ocean. Out the back is a fully fenced grass yard perfect for the kids to play in. There is ocean, surfing, rock fishing and bushwalks all around you.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

Amazing view from a tired old house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros: Just a short 100m walk to the goat track that leads down to Depot beach, an amazing and private slice of paradise. The views from the house are also spectacular. Comfy couch, good TV and WIFI was great. Beds were very comfy and linen of high quality.The cons: The house itself is very old and tired, and had a musty smell to it. Few cobwebs about, particularly on the patio where you most enjoy the view from, and downstairs area was unfurnished with lots of empty boxes and bits and pieces around the place (skis, camping equipment etc). Light in the second bedroom didnt work, roller blinds were very dirty and mouldy, and main toilet is broken. Plumber came by but said it is unfixable, requiring manual intervention to flick the float in the toilet so it would stop running. Dining chairs also fairly tired and rickety (think unrenovated original 70’s)If you’re okay with an old house in a good spot, this property could be good. However, we have stayed at heaps of different properties up and down the south coast over the years (approx 20+) and this one would go towards the bottom of our list. It has been the oldest and most tired, with a hefty price tag and exorbitant cleaning fee.
