The main floor features an open-concept design, seamlessly connecting the dining room, living room, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The space is highlighted by a sophisticated silver aesthetic, achieved through tasteful metallic accents.
Step outside through the glass doors in the dining room to discover your private screened patio and pool, perfect for unwinding on a breezy evening. Also on this level is a chic bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a beautifully appointed shared full bathroom.

Heading upstairs, the luxurious Master Bedroom boasts a King-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom, exuding warmth with rustic furnishings and soothing yellow tones. The third bedroom, a haven for kids, features a Full-size bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, all within a fun PAW Patrol-themed setting. The fourth bedroom offers two Full-size beds, delightful decor, and a cable TV. A shared full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway.

Professionally cleaned with high-touch surfaces disinfected. Stocked with new essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and more. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are sanitized with professional-grade disinfectants. All linens are washed with bleach & soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team follows strict safety protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during the entire process. High-touch surfaces are disinfected again during the pre-arrival inspection to ensure a safe environment for your stay.
* Please Note: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be processed two days before check-in and fully refunded within three business days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
