On the first floor of the villa: beautiful open living rooms, one of them with cable TV, bathed in sunlight that gives the house a unique coastal and illuminated look, with planned furniture and splendid sofas both indoors. and external. The room has access to the pool area and a privileged view of the sea.

The dining room is equally magnificent with a central table with capacity for 10 people and a round table for 6 people. Its American kitchen is complete, equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare excellent meals.

The pool area is really wonderful because in addition to swimming and cooling off in the pool, you can also sunbathe and relax on the lovely sun loungers to the relaxing sound of the waves crashing on the rocks.

Downstairs is where the best area of ​​the house is located, on this floor : the games room with pool table, ping pong, foosball and a squash court, there is also a small pool with great views of the sea, two saunas, 1 steam and 1 dry, space for exercise and other activities.

For those who like to enjoy the sea up close, the house has a staircase that goes to the rocks near the water for those who like to enjoy the view as well as the sound of the sea.
