Told to pay $500 extra into Perez account the day before arrival, but paid for our stay weeks before staying with no notice of this extra payment. House looked great but a large swim spa in driveway and no way to use garage. Front door handle was wobbly (first impression count) and then it went down hill. Dusty TV cabinets, dirty cloths left in the sink, food dripped down face of cabinets near microwave and the fan in oven made such a racket we could not use it. Food scraps left adhered to little outside table.
Don't worry about having a glass of wine each as there was 1 glass. Sheets, towels are worse than a 2 star motel and showers not very clean. Upstairs toilet had urine stains behind the toilet lid.
It has been nearly 6 weeks since leaving the house cleaner than when we arrived and after many phone calls and messages all with our account details and we have not got our $500 back. On contacting Vrbo it seems he is not meant to ask for anymore money just because we were a large group. He says he is on holiday in India but is ignoring all correspondence. Lovely house but should not be a rental until all things have been addressed.
