Fantastic Location

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to beach and surrounding areas. However, the house itself could do with some maintenance. We found that the sliding wire doors leading out to the balcony have corroded from the sea spray which meant that opening them was near on impossible, without them coming off the tracks every time. The bbq on the balcony was not available to use, so the owner apparently had dropped off a "new" one. This was far from new. When we went to use it, it had not been cleaned and took us 15 minutes to get it to a suitable working condition. The door underneath had rusted and fell off when we opened it and the bottom of the cupboard was rusted all the way through. The ceiling fan in one of the bottom rooms was not working and the split system in the upstairs living area was not working which meant that on the 30o days that we had made it extremely hot upstairs. I was in constant contact with the property manager who went above and beyond to help us out but due to the time frame, the air con wasnt fixed for our stay. We would definitely love to stay in this house again but regular maintenance would have to been done.

Family holiday

Great Location, house not good

The house was not what we were expecting. Not enough cutlery and crockery, badly equipped kitchen. BBQ not working, lights not working, electric gates not working. Shouldn’t be available for holiday guests. Manager was fantastic and did her best.

A family stay-cation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the verandah was the best feature of the accommodation. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunset at the end of a fun day with family complemented with good good and a glass of wine, as well as the beginning of a new day with a hot cup of coffee. The furniture & beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was big enough to have your own private space if needing a bit of quiet time. The yard and some things inside the house needed a bit of TLC, nothing that a good maintenance day couldn't fix.The shops were nearby to top up on the necessary items and we used the local takeaway options - dominoes pizzas. A few things we found without on arrival was tea towels/hand towels for the kitchen and extra toilet rolls.
