Exceeded all expectations
- Spotlessly clean.
- Modern, well kept, up to date.
- Reasonable walk to Cook Brooks Beach (.6 miles).
- 10-minute drive to Marconi Beach.
- Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with little traffic.
- Perfect for our golden retriever.
- Property manager (Delmar) courteous and responsive.
- Large outdoor gas grill in pristine condition.
- Large lot.
- Kitchen well furnished but small. If cooking indoors is central to your experience, might not be a great fit. Worked fine for us.
