This modern house offers a private, relaxing, and comfortable base to explore the best of Bribie Island by car, boat, or bike. With large open planning living areas and a great indoor-outdoor flow to the alfresco entertaining area, fully fenced yard, and private pontoon.

Modern kitchen with large breakfast bar and quality appliances overlooking the living area and water. Large dining room table for family dining, comfortable sofas, and large smart TVs in both the air-conditioned living room and separate media room. The outdoor area is fitted with a table and chair setting overlooking the water providing you some of the best views Banksia Beach has to offer. Think sunsets over the water from your own back yard!

Four great sized bedrooms. Master with water views, air conditioning, ensuite and walk in robe. The other three bedrooms share the main bathroom with a separate toilet, bath, and shower. There is also a complete laundry for guests use. The double garage offers parking for two and then additional off-street parking for extra cars or trailers.

Bribie Island offers the ultimate base for your family holiday with stunning beaches, crystal clear oceans, white sandy shores, multiple different food outlets, a shopping centre, movie theatre and an abundance of family and/or couple activities, clubs, and pubs to keep every happy. You will find all of this with in a 10km radius of the property. You of course also have Brisbane city, Sunshine Coast and two airports under and hours drive away.

Accommodates 8: 3 x Queen bed + 2 x Single beds

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

A $50 pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog (outside).

30 Topsail circuit Stay

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had some slight issues with getting hot water on our arrival. The gas had run out but once this was rectified it was good. Beds were comfortable but the slats in the main bedroom kept falling down and I had to reposition them. Not sure how a couple would go in this bed but it was comfy. Overall we really enjoyed our stress free stay in this quite well positioned home.”
