Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Work was being performed on the neighbouring property which involved asbestos (workmen were in hazmat gear). Would have been preferable to be on the other side of the complex. Otherwise the apartment had everything advertised and there was easy access to shore, cafes, walking, etc.
