Sails II Unit 202 133rd St. The Sails II Condominium is located oceanfront at 133rd Street and has an OUTDOOR POOL. The Sails II is located on the North end of town,
half a mile from the North Side Park that has many activities. This beautiful, bright and airy one bedroom one bath condo features direct oceanfront views with a large private balcony. Sails II 202 is on the second floor, so feel free to take the stairs. The second floor location also gives you a great view. Central air, washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car and a lobby with two elevators and carts to help you unpack your car. The master bedroom with a king bed has an attached bath and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Also features two flat screen tv's and WIFI.

This property does not allow pets or smoking (not in unit or on the balconies. $100 fine if violated). Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Great location; Great view

It was perfect for 2 people. Loved the quick access to the beach. Only negative is the lack of space in the kitchen but we made it work by using a small cabinet next to the fridge. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
