About this property

This very spacious and inviting home has 2 separate entrances, 2 separate kitchens and living areas. It is truly perfect for separate families holidaying together or to separate adults from children The home connects through the living areas.

It has many advantages and features; it is luxuriously presented, has a north facing situation, sits on a canal with deep water access should you want to bring your water toys, has a magnificent pool, a secured yard and is dog friendly*

The pontoon can moor your own boat up to 9 metres in length, explore all the local canals, marinas and waterfront properties as well as the reef, beaches, islands or perhaps Maroochy inlet or on to Noosa and beyond!

There is a sandy beach for the little ones to play, right in front of the property. Perfect for launching small water craft like SUP’s and canoes. There are several boat launching ramps in close proximity, capable of handling any size trailerable vessel in safety.

5 very good sized bedrooms with a King Bed and a Queen Bed in one side, 2 Queen Beds and 2 Single Beds in the other side. All have ceiling fans. There are 2.5 bathrooms
Furthermore, it boasts 4 different living areas to really accommodate everyone's comfort and space.
Amenities are plentiful, with air-conditioning in all living areas, fans throughout, WiFi and Smart TVs throughout , 2 Nespresso coffee machines, 3 dining areas and Weber BBQ

Very private and fencing all around the property . You may bring your dog, however absolutely by application only.

Wow!! What a house

We were on a family holiday with our sister and her kids. The house was absolutely amazing and accommodated all of us. The pool was a huge hit and having the bay water a few meters away looking out onto other beautiful houses was a spectacular way to wake up in the morning. Absolutely outstanding
