Beautiful brand new, fully self contained 1735 sq. ft. 2 bedroom farmhouse styled suite in carriage house situated on estate acreage with incredible mountain and pasture views. The unit is a joined by a common mudroom to the main house (shown in photos) and has its own entrance, amenities and is completely private including your own patio and hot tub. This unique place has a style all its own and is only minutes from the west edge of Calgary just off the TransCanada highway on the way to Banff.
Amenities include full kitchen, laundry facilities. Extensive luxurious stone, tile and hardwood finishes give a modern feel to your farmhouse experience. Stays 30 days and under are subject to additional 5% GST & 4% Alberta Lodging tax.

Spectacular stay

Long weekend stay at this beautiful property, lovely location, quick trip to amenities, and on the way to mountain parks. Lovely acreage area, skyline of mountains. This very large executive two bedroom carriage house was well equipped. Owner was accessible and check in was seamless. Highly recommend.

This property allows easy access in under an hour driving to Banff National Park, Kananaskis Provincial Park and all the hiking, skiing, golfing and sight seeing they have to offer with the convenience of a spacious and self contained suite at an affordable price compared to Banff and Canmore. With restaurants, groceries and liquor stores within a 10 minute drive of the residence the advantages of staying here are soon understood.
While don't allow pets to stay in the suite we can recommend the Springbank Pet Resort a quick 5 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

We realize everyones needs are slightly different, this suite offers flexibility to cook your own meals in the well appointed kitchen or choose from a variety of restaurants within a short drive. It is centrally located for access to the mountains for hiking, skiing, sight seeing or just read a book in front of the luxurious stone fireplace.
