Great location but did not live up to expectations

This ‘house’ is located in a great location with easy access to the CBD by public transport and to local shops and restaurants. The property management group is also responsive and helpful and highly recommended . However the accommodation is listed inaccurately. It is not a house but an apartment above a shop. Although listed as ‘3 bed’ this does not mean three bedrooms but that there are 3 beds on the premises. During our stay there was no internet access, the washing machine did not work and the place was infested with cockroaches. For more than $300 per night this place falls well below expectations, if not the standards that should be required for it to be registered on this site.
