The space
This gorgeous apartment has been newly renovated with two bedrooms, the main bedroom with lake views. There is a queen bed in each room using high quality linen.

Open plan kitchen and living area with lake views and front balcony so you can sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Second entertaining area on a back deck and a bbq area in the large backyard.

The kitchen includes a large caesar stone bench with stools for dining or the option of a dining table and chairs. Quality appliances including dishwasher. All the essentials are provided to make your stay enjoyable.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire upstairs apartment. The backyard BBQ area is the only shared space (with downstairs apartment).

Noise Policy: We ask that guests be respectful and considerate of the neighbours in the street and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Strictly no parties are to be held at this property. Any breaches of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds.

Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENTS.
