ゴミの残置、

ゴミの残置、使用済みバスタオルが置いてある、湯船も使用したまま張ってある状態、布団も使用したままの状態、チェックイン後に上記を確認したためすぐに電話したが出ず、その後何回も電話しても出ない。折り返しはなくメールの返信のみだったため、メールに上記内容を記載し、とにかく1度電話をもらえるようお伝えしたが一向に折り返しはかかってこない。 (たまにメールの返信だけある。) やっと折り返しがかかってきたのは発生から1時間以上が経過したあとで、当日の清掃は入らずとのこと。代わりの宿泊施設もなく、2歳の子供もいる中、入浴も食事もものすごく遅れて夜遅くなってしまった。起きてしまった事は仕方ないとはいえ、 1時間も電話に出ず折り返しもせず、メールをたまに送るだけという対応は有り得ないと感じました。
