Needs some love
I hope that this property was removed because it is going to be fixed up. Location is amazing. The property is dilapidated. Obviously a rental the owners never visit. Half the stuff is the house is worn or doesn’t work right. The outside is dirty. Furniture is worn. Shower in bathroom off kitchen doesn’t drain right, etc

Family Vacation
The Good: Property has an excellent location and the deck and views are amazing. The three upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Needs improvement: The main floor is in need of some renovations. The kitchen counter is loose, the sink is chipped, the appliances are very outdated. The staircase railing is very wobbly. There is also no hose on the lower deck to rinse off with after being on the beach . Overall we enjoyed the house and had a great week!

At least the view is nice….
I always expect the worst and hope for the best as a rule to life. This property was a disappointment to say the least. Cleanliness- The first floor bedroom had so much dirt on the window sills it clumped in the corners. The cold air return in the stair way is coated in dust & debris. Pack a fly swatter because the flies are relentless & they bite. Esthetic- Travel back in time to the early 2000’s when the pictures were taken. The property hasn’t been updated (except for maybe the master bath) since. A few gallons of paint would improve the look of the unit. The unit has just an overall look of neglect. The flooring in the living room has many large gaps between the planks. There is trim missing in the master that reveals the previous paint color. The kitchen cabinets are old and worn, chipped & damaged. Pack your favorite vhs tapes! You can watch them on the circa 2000 televisions with built in DVD players. The picture is fuzzy so pack a board game for your rainy days there. The upstairs bedroom has 2 vents. One protrudes from the wall about an inch and behind the other a piece of the wall is missing. One of the windows doesn’t close completely & the other is difficult to see out of because of the glass has some sort of white film. The kitchen sink is white except for where there are large chips in the finish. Safety- I hope being notified of a fire isn’t important to you because the smoke alarm upstairs is ripped off of the wall with wires hanging out of it. Speaking of wires the master has a wire coming out of the ceiling, draped across a light fixture then strung across the room to the tv. Management company issues- When we arrived we saw our unit was the only one who’s garbage wasn’t collected. Sunday when the can was still full of the previous tenants trash we called the management company. We were told “they’d look into it & call us right back”. It was finally emptied Wednesday. I called and was told there would be towels in the unit and upon arrival I had to go buy them. The beach in front of the unit was closed to swimmers because on Tuesday it’s a surf beach. Construction at next door unit had us up early every am with drilling, cutting & pounding. For $5600 a week I expected more. Our trip to Aruba including airfare last year was 1/2 the cost at a 5 start resort. Stay somewhere else- the owners are I’m sure. I wish I could post pics so any prospective renters could see the unit.
