Welcome to “Minky Retreat!” Located on the South side of 30A in the beautiful neighborhood of Prominence, this brand new luxury beach home boasts gorgeous gulf views and is wonderfully located directly behind the shops and restaurants of The Big Chill! Enjoy walking or biking to dinner, or just going a few minutes down the road to the nearest beach access. Enjoy cooling off after a long day at the beach in one of the community 2 beautiful resort-style pools!

While staying in” Minky Retreat,” you’ll receive a free credit to use towards rental gear with Vacayzen The credit amount varies on the length of stay, and can be used towards various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, kayaks, tours/experiences and much more! (Not valid for use toward Merchandise at the Live Well 30A Storefront.)

Upon entering this brand new beautiful beach home you are able to walk down to the bunk room/kids area, or walk up to the main living level of the home. Not a fan of the stairs? Enjoy the homes private elevator to get to any of the homes 3 spacious floors! On the bottom floor of the home you will find a large bunk room with 2 sets of full over full built in bunks, as well as a full size Murphy bed! Also in the bunk room the kids have their own large flat screen smart tv, private bathroom, and access to a large outdoor covered patio.

Moving up to the homes main level you will be in awe of this open concept living/dining area, boasting a chefs dream kitchen, comfortable living room with plenty of seating for everyone, and access to a large patio with dining table and Gulf VIEWS!! Did we mention the GULF views!! Enjoy your coffee, or evening night cap on this wonderful covered patio with views for days! Also on the main level of the home there is a dining room, another patio off the front of the home, and 2 of the homes King Suites!

Walk or ride in the homes private elevator up to the 3rd floor of the home! On this level you will find 2 more beautiful guest King suites, as well as the stunning Master King Suite! The master suite boasts a beautiful king bed, sitting area, enormous bathroom with large walk-in shower, as well as access to a private balcony with seating for 2 to take in the sounds and views of the gorgeous Emerald Coast!
