This is a one of kind charming 3-bed family home located in an established neighborhood and is just minutes away from the beach and the many amenities of Holetown. Toad Hall sits on over 21,000 sq. ft. of lush landscaped gardens with a view of the sea. The newly added large verandah with a lounge and dining area overlooks the swimming pool and gardens, and is the perfect space to hang out with a book or to enjoy casual meals. The swimming pool is beautifully set in the garden and also has sun loungers so that you can fully relax in the sunshine.

The master bedroom and the second guest room both open onto the airy courtyard with a koi pond. The king size bed in the master bedroom overlooks the gardens and has a small private patio. For working guests there is also a cosy study area with a desk. The second guest room also has a king size bed, adjacent bathroom and lots of closet space for your holiday wardrobe. The third bedroom with a king bed and en suite is found through their own little courtyard - perfect for teenagers or grandparents looking for a little more privacy. All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Toad Hall has lots of lovely little design touches throughout - you really feel like you are surrounded by years of character. It is a perfect retreat for a family or a group of friends - even those looking to enjoy all the benefits of working from Barbados, including writers and artists - we hope that Toad Hall inspires and rejuvenates you. Traditional Barbados Luxury with Modern Convenience

Toad Hall is a unique experience. Five minutes from Holetown, beaches, a large Massey grocery store and some of the Islands best restaurants. Situated above all this on Holders Hill, in a very upscale residential enclave, Toad Hall is a Bajan Oasis. The kitchen is well stocked with modern convenience, the sitting rooms capture a consistent breeze from downhill ocean side exposure and the movement around the semi-open air central courtyard containing a Koi Pond is old world. The floors alternate between old tile, coral brick and mahogany. The TV and electronics in a sunken viewing area are a great place to watch a movie from your streaming service of choice. However, the place you will likely enjoy most meals, your morning coffee and reading a good book is the full width, covered back porch overlooking the extremely private pool and surprisingly large, and well kept tropical grounds. It has an old world feel. In the morning and evening you may get visits in the trees and bamboo grove from the local monkey's and in the shrubs and outdoor walls you will see ghekos scamper by. Practically speaking the property is very clean, pest free and maintained beautifully. The property management staff are really nice, and the cleaning lady an absolute gem. The bedrooms are all a good size, air conditioned, and fitted with old world, high, four poster beds. We used the backyard gas barbecue almost daily. The property is well stocked with everything you will need, and the concierge (who helped us with a transportation issue) is very responsive and professional. We truly enjoyed Toad Hall. It's ambience, spaces and the execution of our experience were flawless.
