Casa Cardon is a 1200 square foot beach retreat vacation rental house in Vista del Mar community of San Felipe, that allows guests to experience the authentic San Felipe lifestyle.  Easily missed, Vista del Mar is on the seaside of San Felipe - Mexicali Highway 5.

Casa Cardon features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests.  Bring an airbed and 2 more guests can be accommodated for maximum occupancy of 8 guests.  This beautiful retreat has everything you need for a five-star vacation experience. 
Livingroom
As you walk through the front door, you'll notice the deep red tile flooring and authentic Mexican accents and decor. The main living room features two sand-colored sofas, a round glass top coffee table, and a sleek flat-screen TV on top of a simple wood bookshelf. There is a stone fireplace in this cozy living room and a large window that allows plenty of natural light to come in. The spacious living room transitions effortlessly into the kitchen.

Kitchen
The fully furnished kitchen has a center island which serves as an additional counter space and a high top breakfast bar. Three high-top chairs sit along the breakfast bar to create a comfortable and casual place to enjoy coffee in the mornings. This gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, updated appliances, and kitchen necessities such as a coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all of the utensils your family needs to enjoy their favorite meals at home. A double sink and a whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleaning up after each meal or breathe. There is also a microwave available if you don't feel like cooking and want to reheat your leftovers from the Taco Factory or Chuy’s Place in town. 

A half bathroom is located just off of the living room. 

For a more formal dining experience, have the entire family sit around the glass top dining room table and enjoy a meal together. This nook surrounded by windows is bright and airy and provides a comfortable place for six family members to enjoy a meal together. French doors in this dining area lead out to the patio. 
Bedrooms
After a day exploring the beach, you'll be thankful to come home to these three spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom features a king-size bed, deep red tile floors, two wood nightstands, decorative light fixtures, and a vanity with a mirror. A set of French doors leads from this private master retreat out to the patio. This bedroom also has a private bathroom. This bathroom has a deep garden tub with jets, marble accents, and his and hers sinks.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large window that overlooks the property and allows plenty of natural light to brighten up the space. Wooden accents and furniture in this room give it a cozy and warm feel.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is tucked away from the main living areas. It has a large window, a bright and plush area rug, and a private closet. This bedroom also just steps away from the guest bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and beautifully tiled vanity area.

Bring sleeping bags or air mattresses to accommodate two extra guests, bringing the maximum guest count to eight.
