Ducted air con throughout keeps you cool in summer & warm in winter & the open plan living allows the sea breeze to flow in.

Both bathrooms have generous spa baths & the en-suite also boasts a double shower.
The massive yard screams for a game of backyard cricket & for the kids & dogs to run & play while you cook a BBQ & enjoy a chilled wine watching over them.

Inside there is a dedicated kid's room with toys, games & a PlayStation

Good family or Group House

The House is well appointed and very comfortable, only a short walk to beach and coffee shops. The house is in a cul-de-sac close to sunshine coast airport.

Lovely hoys with plenty of room and supplied sone useful cooking ingredients e.g. oil, sauces, salt.

We were staying down for our son's wedding and family came up from South Australia so it had plenty of space to recall if us and was close toto the airport. The house was in a great location and was spacious and clean. We were allowed a late check out which was very convenient, we loved it.

Great home in a great location

This home is very spacious and can easily accommodate two families. Home comes with little extra's to make you feel at home as well. House was very clean. Managers are very friendly and accommodating. Front yard access was a bonus. Location is spot on with only a 2 minute walk to beach!

Family celebration

Loved it. loved it. loved it. This was planned as a belated birthday celebration - one of the ones that ends in zero, for the extended family and the two dogs. They all loved the proximity to the beach (dogs and family). the place was spotless, had all our needs of kitchen equipment and clean linen and towels - plus beach towels. Thanks. Very open indoor/outdoor flow that meant everyone had space when they wanted it. Lovely home. Kirsty was great to deal with at all stages - seamless arrival and departure and a really well-presented place that just fitted our needs. Would totally recommend the property for a family and dog group and would also recommend Kirsty to deal with.
