Located in Playa Encanto, one of the cleanest and rock-free beaches in Rocky Point. The beach home is behind a beachfront house within 5-minute walking distance from the beach.
This 3-bedroom house is 2 stories. Upper you have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its kitchen and living room, on the bottom you have 1 bedroom and 1 bath with its own kitchen.
The bedrooms each have 1 king-size bed with access to a full bathroom. The bottom you have a sofa bed size queen.
A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful granite countertop. Dining table for 4 people, and a very spacious living room.
The terrace on this second-level home has outdoor furniture to where you will be able to enjoy the gorgeous sea view with family and friends.

Stunning beachfront rental!!

Beautiful, clean rental with immediate beach access. The rental is located in a safe gated community and we had a great experience after hours check in using the lock box. Stunning beachfront view from the deck was the highlight of the week. Very quiet rental, beds were comfortable and at times you can hear faint calming sounds of the ocean. The kitchen has full supplies for cooking including microwave and full fridge. Table and chairs on the deck allow for meals with a view of the ocean. Wifi was great, there is also a TV with Roku. I absolutely recommend this rental for friends and family and will book again later this season!!
