OWNER DOUBLE BOOKED AND CANCELLED OOUR BOOKING ON OUR ARRIVAL

We booked this property 5weeks in advance. On the day of our arrival I still had not received any details about accessing the property, I had only received Stayz standard booking confirmation and stated to contact owner for keys details. On our day of arrival, being about 20mins away from the property (after driving for 5.5hrs), I sent the onwer a msg asking for access details, no reply, I call the owner he answers and advises he already has a booking and during our phone call I got a notification pop up stating 'Booking Cancelled'. Rubies our whole weekend we had planned with five other people also being a long weekend it was impossible to find any accommodation for a reasonable price. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
