About this property

Seaway 3 is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo conveniently located ocean block on 72nd Street. One half block to the beach. Great mid town location, convenient to restaurants and shops. Unit includes full kitchen, washer, dryer, 3 TVs and 2 parking spots. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
Bed sizes include a queen in the primary bedroom, a pyramid bunk (full & twin) in the second bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This condo can sleep your family of up to seven.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Disappointing

Unfortunately the cleaning service is not doing their job. From the moment we entered the property there was a disgusting odor. We found numerous issues with the cleanliness. We took it upon ourselves to do cleaning that should have been completed by the cleaning company.

Came for a festival that was canceled so enjoyed the place, quick walk to the beach, super access to all kinds of tv, bus stop right out front, great quiet location and the place was updated, super clean, comfortable beds! It was perfection

Beautiful Unit and Great Location

The place was beautiful and nicely decorated. The location was close to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck when not at the beach. Suggestions on the best settings for the AC units to cut some of the moisture to hang on the frig would be great. Maybe it is because it had been rainy the week before and not very hot, as well as a bottom level unit. I think by the last night we figured it out a little better. But otherwise it was very nice.
