The main living room features a comfortable seating set as well as a huge flat-screen TV. Enjoy the recessed seating area with space to spread out and enjoy family time, with multiple games provided to enjoy together. 



Kitchen and Cooking

Take advantage of the perfect kitchen with granite countertops, induction cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry. Garage: One car garage space available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure. The owners' vehicle is parked in the garage. 



Pool heat is an additional cost. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. 



BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.



Pool floats are located in the garage or the storage bin on the lanai

Full-size washer and dryer for guest use



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
