The person in the contact paper on this home was very rude and not professional at all

This is a very big nice home it has a lot more to offer if the people in charge of cleaning this home and in charge of taking care of the people renting this would actually do there jobs the person who was listed on the contact page was very unprofessional we asked to stay another night and for the guest few days said yes but we would have to check out early so that it was convenient for her to have time to clean im time for the other renters to come in but yet I had to pay full price for the night but I had to agree to leave the earlier then stated on the website and when I brought up that the website stated a later time to check out she decided I couldn’t stay the extra night the owners of this home I really hope they see my review because the people you gave I’m charge of your home are doing a horrible job at taking care of your home it has not been kept up with the lawn hadn’t been mowed there is spider webs all over only tells me that they don’t clean the way they should only clean enough to get paid and that’s it but yet they are asking customers to leave early so they can extra time to clean the home the garbage was half way full when we got there this home is a home that holds 15 people that garbage can isn’t going to be enough to accommodate the 15 peoples garbage there was dust all over that place hasn’t been dusted in a while

Good

Garage was messy and lawn looked like it hasn’t been taken care of. The hot tub Jets blew out of the holes each time we turned it in but the inside was clean, beds were nice and great pillows, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, the ice maker was a nice touch. The kids loved the play areas in the basement. Overall we had a really jo e stay. It was more the outside of the property that needed some clean up.
