Indulge @ Coopers - Elevated executive holiday home

A corner located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern holiday house in a recent subdivision with rural Cable Bay Valley views and a small view of Doubtless Bay. Views from the front deck and to the rear: a private internal courtyard. The extensive gardens feature tropical palms and succulents.

The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, wall mounted TV screen, a view of the bay and a sliding door that opens up onto the front deck. Hotel grade freshly laundered bedroom and bathroom linen is included for every visit.

Double garage, beach shower, gas Weber BBQ and a fish cleaning station. Bi-fold kitchen windows open up to the deck outdoor seating.

Indulge is within a few kilometres of many safe family beaches, the shops and historic Mangonui Village. Karikari Peninsula, Cape Reinga, Tane Mahuta and the Westcoast are within an hour or two.

Good value for money, clean, modern, spacious. A well equipped family beach house at popular Coopers Beach.

Next level Northand.

Great property with everything you need. Drive in garage is an extra bonus as we could safely leave surfboards on roof of car. Such an amazing location for surfing, fishing and exploring the north.
