Makin' Memories is located in a private neighborhood that is a pleasant bike or golf cart ride to wonderful restaurants, unique shops and galleries, and historical attractions. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King, one with Queen, and one with two Twins. Sunroom with Daybed with Trundle (2 Twins), and mini-split. The generous list of amenities includes complimentary wireless internet access, 4 TVs with cable service (plus one for streaming), central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Exterior amenities include a screened porch, covered decks, a rooftop deck, picnic table, gas grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench, and enclosed yard. Covered parking. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 4 vehicles. Can’t stay an entire week? This home is in the Stay Your Way program for the remainder of 2023 and can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. The fireplace is for display only. What's New for 2023: Daybed with trundle in the sunroom (2 Twins). Brand new mini-split AC/Heat unit has been installed in the daybed/trundle room too keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Great place to stay

This home was great for my family and I. The only complaint is we could tell cigarette smokers had stayed before us. Some of the extra blankets smelled of smoke, we found butts on the deck/railings and we had to give the outdoor table a good wipe down from ashes. We loved the out door shower, the spacious decks and the comfy beds.
