***The pool is not able to be heated in the winter, but you can use the hot-tub on the patio at your convenience at no charge.

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months when booking 30+ days (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

Relaxing stay

The home was very nice. Great views quiet and peaceful. Could use some TLC on outdoor furnishings and grounds. We enjoyed our stay.

Serenity for us late Jan- late Feb 2024.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description is accurate. The home was very well stocked, appointed, and clean. It was a great place to stay for the extended time we stayed in AZ this winter. We enjoyed the access to both the Tonto National Forest as well as the Sonoran Preserve and hiked daily. While a little further than we would have liked from groceries and restaurants the location worked for us. The manager was available when needed which was only check in and out. We extended our stay a little longer as we hated to leave.

House nice and while does say information for someone not familiar with scottsdale misleading. While near a golf course is true its 3-5 miles across dirt bumpy road. Limited hot water for showers and poor water pressure. Clean and amenities good but be prepared for REMOTE location. No uber and rent an SUV. 25 minutes to closest Starbucks

Great house and location

Great house and location. If you love the outdoors and nature like our family their is plenty of that within minutes of the property! Only suggestion we would add is maybe a heated pool for the earlier spring months. Otherwise we are very very happy and would come back.

Spectacular!!

A very prívate, beautiful home. The home was very comfortable-the beds are awesome. Everyone remarked on the comfort. The home was very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We gathered for Thanksgiving with our children, who live on the west coast. The fenced yard was a big plus for my son’s dogs. The location is close to the McDowell Sonoran Nature Preserve- very handy for hiking. It is out in the country, which adds to the peaceful setting—beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We totally enjoyed our stay.
