Great new condo downtown Kelowna

A very nice and new 1 bedroom condo in downtown Kelowna. Extremely close to all the amenities of the downtown area. Only a 10 minute walk to the lakefront and paths. A very clean condo with all the amenities needed for cooking and doing some laundry if needed. Excellent inside secure parking with EV charging. We do suggest they put up some pictures and lay a few rugs to give it a much more comfortable feel as it is very bare. Overall a 9/10 rating from us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location!

The apartment is cozy but comfy for two people. The small kitchen is well equiped. The bed is comfortable. It was clean and tidy on our arrival. The real selling point of this unit is it's location. Super convienient to everything downtown Kelowna has to offer.

Quick business trip

Condo is clean, good location. Check in process is okay, have to park out front, get in to get keys before getting into the parking garage. Same when you check out, drive out, then return keys to unit. Not terrible, just something to be aware of. Smoke detector needs a battery, let the host know, he said he would look into it, never heard from him again.

Great stay

This property is amazing right in the heart of downtown! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property has a great roof top patio and the condo itself was immaculate. Very modern with a nice patio facing the mountain. Would definitely stay here again 😁

Birds eye view

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy downtown condo. It was minutes away from the waterfront, the Japanese Garden, with several restaurant choices only half a block away. The grill and seating area on the 25th floor provide a panaromic view of the lake. The host was very prompt to respond to all our queries.
