OCEAN FRONT, NEWLY RENOVATED + FURNISHED, VERY MODERN, GORGEOUS, Two Bedroom/Two Bath Condominium if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!

Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from almost every room in the condo. Fall asleep to the crashing ocean waves and wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.

This condo has 3 televisions, cable channels plus HBO, free wi-fi/internet, full washer/dryer in unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a queen bed in master bedroom and 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom. (There is no sleep sofa.)
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and brand new high quality cookware. There is central air conditioning throughout condo.

The condo building has an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna for your use. Additionally, all Marigot Beach renters are welcome to use the Clarion's indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, outdoor restaurant and and grill, and the tiki bar.

Since the condo is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. The condo has 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach, and there is a rental chair/umbrella stand right on the beach to rent other beach chairs and sun umbrellas for the day or week.
My condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach Condominiums on 100th street, giving you the perfect view of BOTH the beach and the ocean! Grocery store/ huge library/ Churches are just across the street.
Since the Marigot Beach Condominiums is right next door to the Clarion Hotel, you will experience the hotel's festive atmosphere of surrounding palm trees, tropical flowers, outdoor pool, large hot tub and tiki bar. You can enjoy having lunch at their outdoor restaurant, or grab a burger/hot dog from the outdoor grill and bring it back to your blanket on the beach. After the beach, have a drink at the outdoor tiki bar, all the while enjoying the live music they offer each evening. You can dance under the stars to the Clarion’s live bands, and you can continue dancing inside the Clarion at their bar/restaurant.

This condo is custom decorated with a very modern/artistic flair. There is a very large balcony the same width of the living that has very comfortable balcony furniture. You can enter the balcony from both the master bedroom or living room. Spend mornings out on the balcony having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.

There is a full size washer/dryer in the condo. Owner provides upgraded mattresses, comforters, and pillows, as well as chemical-free laundry, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning products for you to use.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking spaces.
All you really need to bring are your own towels, sheets, paper goods, as well as your suntan lotion and toothbrush!
Previous renters always tell me how surprised they are that this is a rental property because everything is upscale!

Please note: I ONLY rent for a 7 night minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. No pets are allowed, and this is a non-smoking building.
My rental season begins on July 1st and ends on September 30th.

This condo sleeps 5-6.

Beautiful updated beach front!

This beautiful condo has everything you enjoy at home and more. The fully stocked kitchen and bath both include appliances and condiments and accessories not usually found in a rental. Large flat screen TVs in every room offered a full variety of cable channels. The beds and furnishings were comfortable as well as attractive. There was easy access to the trash chute, elevator and stairwell. The balcony afforded a beautiful ocean view and access to the beach was very convenient.

Listing is inaccurate

The owner seems to bed a very nice woman who cares very much about her condo… in no way do I feel anything negative towards her… the condo was just not right for us. I only list facts and do not review based on opinion: The master bed is a full size bed not a queen. The outdoor pool is not open to the Marigot guest, when we were there, due to change in ownership in February. An enhanced cleaning fee was added weeks before our stay, and the condo while picked up and nice was not “enhanced cleaned”. There is live music at the bar next door until 11 most every night, you will be able to hear this in the condo. My opinion: Over all the condo was fine, but on the small size, many of the owners items are there stowed away under the bed, a rug rolled up and set to the side of the room, you definitely feel like you are in someone else’s home, detailed information on what cleaning products to use, and how to specifically care for things… makes you feel like you’re at your picky aunts house rather than on your beach vacation. The view was fine. The over abundance of cigarette butts in the dunes makes me sad for the environment, as you sit on the balcony people toss butt after butt into the dunes. There was a roll of TP tossed into the dunes which was there all week. (obviously not the condo owners fault, but a feel for the overall property)

This is one of the few buildings in OC where you see the OCEAN and BEACH from every room (except 2nd bedroom.)

What makes this property unique

The furniture is upscale and very modern. Renters are happily surprised that this condo is available to rent. It is not your typical beach condo. The view from the balcony or from the large windowed rooms overlook the ocean, so you are surrounded by the water whether you are on the balcony or relaxing in the condo.
Located on 100th street, there is nearby stores for groceries, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The Marigot Beach Condo is right next door to the Clarion Hotel, which has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, and restaurant.
