About this property

Enjoy a resort style holiday with family in this freshly styled, refurbished apartment. Your stay will include access to a gym, pool, and children's pool as well as paid services like a day spa, scooter and bike hire, and a cafe/bar. The property has direct access to the beach at Marcoola as well as coastal bikeways and it is only a short walk to a playground.

Guests have complete access and sole use of the apartment.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Fantastic property was just what we were after for a relaxing family holiday. Great location with resort pool & restaurant downstairs and the patrolled surf beach right outside the hotel gate. The kids loved it. Apartment is clean, recently updated, has good air con in living area, full kitchen & an undercover parking space.

Beautiful accomodation in a small resort.

Absolutely loved the room. Well appointed, gorgeous decor. All the mod cons. Convenient, comfortable, clean. Resort pool was fabulous. Bike hire was a bonus! Close to restaurants, cafes in neighbouring suburbs.
