Longer stays may be acceptable on the condition that biweekly cleanings (not currently included in the price) are agreed to. 520 Sq ft 2 bedroom park model home with large gated deck. Sleeps 4 comfortably in one queen room and second room has twin bunk bed. Wall and floor air con. Large deck with outdoor dining and lounging with grill. Ventless washer dryer, shampoo and conditioner, liquid body soap, coffee, tea and sugar and some cooking spices and cooking oil. Cable t.v., some books and games and dvds..Currently there are 2 fans in the unit as well. Our home is situated in an established and quiet mountainside mobile home park. We are 45 min from the town of Hope, B.C. and 1.5 hrs from Kamloops B.C. on the number one highway in just outside of Boston Bar. We acquired this property last year and is also our vacation spot as well. Improvements and or upgrades to property are a work in progress.. with progress being made and safety and comfort being key. Security system onsite featuring keyless entry and self check in.

It had everything required for our purpose and located in a quiet area, safe for our grandsons to expend some of their energy. Convenient to the campground we were visiting for the gold panning competition. Our host Melissa, was awesome to deal with as well. Highly recommend.
