This sparkling ground floor villa has 1,100 square feet of immaculate living space, with upscale designer furnishings throughout this well-appointed beauty. There are two spacious bedrooms, a wonderful great room open to the fully equipped designer kitchen and dining areas, a laundry room and a screened and furnished lanai! What a great way to begin or end a day here in paradise!

The great room is appealing and inviting with a comfortable sofa and reclining love seat. The modern open floor plan design makes it perfect for gatherings and dining inside or out. Your home entertainment is complete with a large screen TV and DVD player.

The full size gourmet kitchen is well stocked with all your needs and special amenities sure to please. Dine in complete comfort seated at the lovely dining table with seating for four or outside on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the Norman course.
