Unique 3-level property!

Stayed with my 4 kids ages 16-21. The different levels were fun. It made the whole place seem a little more spacious! I loved the top floor with a queen size bed and my own private bathroom with shower. And the windows looking way down into the living area (with pullout sofa bed) made for some fun cheeze ball games! The property was clean and updated and had the supplies we needed. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the unit. I was super concerned about the neighborhood before booking, but we felt completely safe the whole time, both inside and outside of the multi-unit building. (We didn't walk at all in the area.) It was a short drive to major roads to get to anywhere we needed to be. Parking in the lot worked great, so we didn't have to worry about street parking. I would book this place again.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot right near food and all the activities we went to St. Louis for. The city museum, zoo and aquarium were all super close. You can walk a short distance for food or bars. This place has a lot of stairs in the apartment, but my kids loved it!

Chouteau Loft rental

Apartment was decent but not in a great area so be careful. Pull out bed was broken and from the looks of it- has been for some time. Heat/AC unit was one extreme to another so hard to keep a steady temp. Place is decorated nice. Nearest bathroom was on second floor so a bit of an inconvenience. I knew from previous reviews that the bedrooms were on second and third floor so we knew that going into it. Overall- decent place but I tried reaching the contact # three different times during our stay and not once did I receive a call back. Glad it wasn’t an emergency related to getting in or something like that! Again- not a very safe area so keep that in mind.

Gate key pad?

We could never found the key pad to open the gate to park, we had to wait for cars to enter and follow behind them which became frustrating and inconvenient. I sent a message with not no reply.
