シングルベッドが2つある部屋があるはずだったが、実際に宿泊するとダブルベッドのみ

シングルベッドが2つある部屋があるはずだったが、実際に宿泊するとダブルベッドのみ。予定では、ダブルベッド2つ、シングルベッド2つ、座敷に布団2組であった。室内図にも、ダブルベッドの部屋が2つとシングルベッド2つある部屋が1つ配置されていると記載されていたが…。とても困りましたし、事前に連絡欲しかったなぁ…。何かある時はメールに記載されている電話ではなく苦情を受け付ける電話にしないと連絡取れないから注意。
