Whether you plan to simply eat outside, order online or practice your cooking skills. The closed kitchen is fully-equipped with all the appliances that you need for cooking with a stove, hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washer, double door refrigerator and double sink. All dishware and cookware are all in the kitchen cabinets.

The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and every bedroom is designed with unique interior, all three bedrooms has upholstered king and queen-sized beds and ultra-soft mattresses fitted with premium-quality linens and pillows to Cuddle up in the bed all throughout the day. An endless selection of restaurants, cafes and shops await you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

To escape the city buzz, the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
