One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size stacked front load washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet in the den. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating, and a TV. ANIMALS: Unit 203 is dog friendly with approval of the specific breed and age. Please send us a message with details on your dog in order to request approval. Pet rent of $25/day plus a $100 cleaning surcharge will apply. LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn?s gourmet market and CVS. As is prevalent throughout Olde Naples, there is construction is ongoing on the lot directly to the south of SoCe Flats. This impacts the views from the amenity deck but is not visible from inside the units. Noise is not of concern due to the building?s solid concrete construction and impact grade windows.

Soce in Napkes

Beautiful and super clean condo close to 5th Avenue! The condo feels brand new. There is a lot light and very comfortable furniture.

Wir waren vom 27 Dec bis 26 Jan im Apartment. Es ist wie auf den Fotos, alles in leichtem grau gehalten. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Aber es lebt kein Besitzer dort, was man schnell merkt. Im Schlafzimmer sind 2 Schalter, aber wofür? Es gab nur eine Nachttischlampe, keine weitere Lampe. Die 2Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind mit Sachen belegt, so daß nur 1/2 Schrank zur Verfügung steht. Haben wir umgeräumt in die Abstellkammer. Das Bad ist groß und es sind genügend Schränke, allerdings keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche. Handtücher, Allergikerwäsche und Strandausstattung sind reichlich in guter Qualität vorhanden. Was aber den Spaß verdirbt ist die Helligkeit ohne Verdunklung. Es gibt ein gardinenähnliches Rollo. Wenn die Sonne aufgeht wird nichts mehr verdunkelt im Schlafzimmer, ein no_go. Weiterhin ist der Jakuzzi defekt und das bleibt er auch. Das ist ein Fehler von irgendeiner verlinkten Seite, das war es. Pech gehabt. Da fühlt man sich über den Tisch gezogen. Fazit: Schöne Wohnung, aber so ist App203 für uns nicht diskutabel.

Naples done right!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location and a wonderful property. Three issues that can be easily corrected. More kitchenware and implements including spices and other convenience items are needed to make the kitchen more useable. The bed was pretty hard but nothing a good mattress topper wouldn't fix. The window in the bedroom really needs black-out shades. There's a bright light outside at night and morning sun streams in pretty early. Overall a wonderful experience, perfect location, clean building, secure property, good parking, easy check-in.

absolutely delightful!

This property is beautiful! Such a pleasure to stay here while visiting Naples for the first time. Very short walk to 5th Ave. with wonderful restaurants. My only recommendation would be black out blinds in the master bedroom as the current blinds allow much of the light from the parking lot to filter into the room.
