This beautifully designed open concept house has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom spread over 3000 square feet of living space. Designed with a modern coastal feel with all of the conveniences to enjoy your vacation. This property is walking distance to a private beach access specifically for this community.

The backyard has a private pool, hot tub and BBQ grill so you can relax in your space and enjoy all Florida has to offer.

The open concept chefs kitchen has quartz counters, and all of the appliances needed to make dinners in. There are counter stools for people to watch the chef in action. There is a living room and dining room adjacent and lots of TV's to watch shows and movies.

There is so much to do nearby. Melbourne Beach and Indialantic are known for the laid back beach town vibes with tons of shots and restaurants. You have access to both the ocean on the east and the river on the west to explore. The white sandy beaches are simply hard to beat.

Perfect family house!

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were such a hit for everyone. And the beach was so close to walk too! Absolutely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time in the Hafen Lane home! It was very clean and modern, and everyone having their own bathroom was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the pool table. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Nice, spacious place to stay

Plenty of room for the six of us that stayed there. The plan was eight of us but ended up with only six but if we would have had the eight we still would have had enough room. Hot tub was nice and the jets massaged the back well! Huge kitchen with lots of cupboard room and counter space. Had one kayak and six beach beach chairs, boogie boards, small cooler, beach umbrella to use. Would come back for sure

Very clean place. Loved it!!

This house was amazing . It had everything we needed and more. About 2.5 min walk to the beach. Very close to a 7/11 gas station and close to a grocery store. About .5 mile. Very clean place. Had pool, hot tub, pool table and grill. Also has boogie boards, kayak, beach chairs. If book this place 100 times over again. perfect!!!!

Fun in Florida!

We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne Beach. The house was fantastic and the response time, when we had questions, was very quick. The beach was a little rough, but understandable considering there was a hurricane threatening. Thankfully the hurricane passed by our area with a little rain. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.
