You will love staying in this warm and cozy apartment. The view of Cusco from the living room and the bedroom windows is spectacular and each space is brightly lit by the sunlight throughout the day.
This spacious apartment has a joined living room and a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds and a desk; two bathrooms: one full and one half, an indoor private parking space, and a garden.
This property is conveniently located only 20 minutes walking from the main square (Plaza de Armas) and 10 minutes walking from the Coricancha, both at a less than 5 minute ride by car. There are various restaurants, drugstores, and fruit stands nearby. At about a 6-minute-walk one can find supermarkets and the terminal for cars that provide transportation to Urubamba and Ollantaytambo.

This apartment has an incredible view of the city of Cusco. It is new and in excellent condition. Unlike some of the properties in Cusco, there is hot water in the bathroom and in the kitchen. It is also warm and bright as the sun shines into it during the day.

What makes this property unique

This property is located in a local neighborhood. There are many small stores near by, where one can buy snacks, water or things to meet basic necessities. Just down the street, there are various restaurants, drugstores, and fruit stands. At about a 6 minute walk away, crossing the Puente Grau bridge, one can find supermarkets and the terminal for cars that provide transportation to Urubamba and Ollantaytambo .
“El Bosque” park is also about 2 minutes away. This park has a playground and a soccer field.
