UNIT DETAILS: Enter the home from the ground floor through a screened and furnished front porch (one of two screened lanais the unit offers!). A fully equipped eat-in kitchen is located to the left with a breakfast bar open to the living and dining area. At the back is a screened lanai facing east toward the golf course and lake, and furnished with a TV. The primary bedroom is at the back of the home, also offering golf course and lake views. The primary bathroom is en suite with a dual sink vanity, open tub and separate shower, and a private toilet area. A den is located off the living room and has a queen size sleeper sofa and south facing windows that bring in great light. The guest bedroom is adjacent to the den and has a queen size bed and TV, and the guest bathroom is located off the hallway with a tub and shower combo.
