I can not begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. Such a comfy stay and we were close to just about everything that we needed. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Five stars for the recently renovated decor, super clean building and for the very well supplied kitchen, etc. One star for the business model- functionally this place is a hotel with thin walls and no on-site help if you have issues with noise. The first nights were okay; with earplugs and a fan left on, we slept fine despite hearing the neighbors talking and walking around. However when the weekend came and the neighbors were pre-drinking to pulsating music well after the quiet hours, we called the "property manager", which was actually a FaceTime call to an overseas call center who could only promise that "the team would be in contact with us." Neighbors returned at 4 am slamming furniture and yelling for an hour. Miserable night. To be fair, the actual property managers did text us the next day and contacted the neighbors giving them a "final warning", but by their very own policies they should have already thrown them out. The final night was reasonably quiet after one more text to the "managers". I picked this place because of the stated promises that this was a quiet neighborhood and that they have strict noise policies, but without an effective way to enforce those policies, guests are left on their own.

1. CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: The Rental Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The city has a strict noise ordinance. No loud noises, music or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests agree not to undertake any activities that interfere with their neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Guests agree to fully comply with local noise regulations and to use common sense in keeping the noise volume low after dark. Any enforcement actions by local law enforcement and/or homeowners association are at the Guests' sole risk and expense. If we receive information about excessive noise, GoodNight Stay LLC has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and charge the guest $1,500 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation. Guest's family and guests shall at all times maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises, and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents. Noise level must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, some daytime hours may apply to this rule. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Premises for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate
