This talented master of home building was known for his Spanish Colonial Revival style and built many of the homes and city landmarks in Santa Barbara.

Our Two Bedroom / One Bathroom offering is simple, clean and layed out perfectly for 2 - 4 Guests looking for an extended Santa Barbara stay. A Living Room w/Fireplace offer a warm and welcoming entry. The Kitchen and Breakfast Area are bright and happy, with everything needed to begin each day. A Dining Area opens to a fantastic covered Porch, presenting views of the mature gardens and Santa Barbara neighborhoods. A cozy Family Room offers seating and space to add a Television if desired.
