Villamia is a three-bedroom split-level residence, with 4,252 Sq. ft (395 Sq. m) of covered space along with an outdoor pool located to one side, offering views of the ocean and the magnificent Canouan Estate Golf Course.

External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blends naturally into the environment and gives you a feel of been surrounded only by nature.

Through the main entrance you enter the foyer into the large great room with beautiful views of the turquoise sea. You can relax in the air-conditioning or open the large glass sliding doors which, when fully open bring the outside in and allow you to enjoy the gentle tropical breezes.
