Nice & Cozy N Myrtle Stay

This property was perfect for our baseball tournament weekend stay! Check in was seamless, great instructions were provided. Parking was initially a bit confusing between the owners instructions and the rental company’s instruction’s but the owner immediately replied to my question confirming there is no under the building parking available for renters. Some nights (late) parking was a bit limited. The unit was extremely well equipped and nicely decorated and even included several thoughtful complimentary snacks and toiletries which we appreciated. The owner was super responsive during my stay regarding parking and package delivery. My son enjoyed a post-baseball dip in the pool one evening and our encounters with the neighbors/other tenants was welcoming and pleasant. Only two very minor things to note are the age of the building (while unit itself is nicely updated) and the 3rd floor climb for anyone with physical challenges or a lot of “stuff” to carry up and down. We definitely would look to stay here again if ever in N Myrtle!

We loved it here!

I'm glad we could leave the first review. This stay was perfect for us. Not on the beach but so close and it was so quiet in the neighborhood. No noise from the main street even though it was only a few blocks over. I live in the country with one neighbor so I know quiet. The unit was beautiful. The pictures dont lie. Everything you need was there. There was so much attention to detail from the extra soaps in the bathroom to the complimentary coffee and snacks. Loved that it had full size appliances because we cooked several meals there. We had ample space for our family of 4 and one guest who slept on the pullout couch in the livingroom with no problem. The deck outside is cute and comfy and I only regret not spending more time there. We dont sleep this well at home. The main bedroom mattress was so comfortable and the showerhead in the bathroom was a welcome feature. The unit may seem small but the layout makes it feel so much bigger. We were very comfortable. The young adults loved the big screen as they brought their games systems and enjoyed it after a long day of activity. Pros: Price, location, location, location! Very clean, amenities fully stocked. Cons: the unit is on the third floor so it may not suit some with physical issues. Not actually a con but something to be aware of before renting this unit. This has been our favorite place that we have stayed in the MB area ever. Even my husband said so and he never goes crazy for the places we stay. Finally, the owners and managers communicate beautifully and quickly. They're so helpful and ready with information and so nice. Thank you again for providing such a great vacation experience. We will be back!
