The Neighborhood:
You are steps from Tambourine Reserve, a bushy green space ideal for an AM jog. You might even spot some climbers on their way up the famous crags - or perhaps youre one of them!
Peer at St. Ignatius College on your way to explore the shops at Yorks corner. A traditional, friendly, high street, where local favourite, the Riverview Deli will serve you coffee, huge smiles and everything in between.
Lane Cove National park is a great day out, and a wonderful retreat from the city without having to trek too far out of town. It's a picnic-ers paradise, with more than 25 designated areas plus public barbecue facilities. You can even hire a rowboat if you fancy a little jaunt upstream.
Famous for their one-metre-long pizza, Via Napoli Pizzeria is a local hot-spot worth a visit. The molten mozzarella and bubbling tomato sauces they serve deliver a delicious pizza every time - whatever size you order!
There are great public transport links around this property, and youre welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
