One bathroom has a whirlpool tub. The generous list of amenities includes complimentary wireless internet access, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and internet TV. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar, microwave, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, a screened porch, decks, and observation deck.
